1. Agreement

Vorthelm ("the Game") is owned and operated by ANOVATH (www.youtube.com/@anovath) ("we", "us"), the sole owner of all rights in the Game. By creating an account or playing the Game you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not create an account.

2. Ownership and copyright

Everything in the Game is our property or used under licence and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws: the game code, rules and data, all artwork and card illustrations, card names and text, characters, bosses, world and clan names, music and sound, the logo, the name "Vorthelm" and the design of every screen.

You may not copy, download for reuse, extract, modify, distribute, publish, sell, rent, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works or clones of the Game or any part of it, and you may not use any of its content outside the Game, whether for free or for money, without our written permission. Screenshots and videos of your own play, shared for personal and non-commercial purposes, are welcome.

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to play the Game for your own entertainment under these Terms. No other rights are given.

3. Your account

You need an account to play online. Keep your password private; you are responsible for everything done through your account. One account per person. Do not share, sell or transfer accounts. You must be old enough to agree to these Terms where you live, or have a parent or guardian's permission.

4. Fair play

Do not cheat, use bots, scripts or modified clients, exploit bugs, tamper with the Game's traffic or data, or interfere with other players. Choose a player, clan and profile name that is not offensive and does not impersonate anyone. We may warn, suspend, reset or delete accounts that break these rules.

5. Virtual items

Gold, gems, cards, fragments and every other in-game item or currency are virtual features of the Game with no real-world value. They cannot be exchanged for money, are not refundable, and may be changed, rebalanced or removed as the Game develops.

6. Early access and changes to the Game

The Game is under active development. Features, rules, cards and balance may change at any time, progress may be reset during testing, and the service may be interrupted, suspended or ended. We will try to give notice of major changes but are not obliged to.

7. Privacy

To run the Game we store your username, email address, chosen player name, game progress and the technical data needed to keep you signed in. Your password is stored only as a salted hash. Your email is used for account recovery and important service notices, and is not sold or shared with third parties. Other players see your player name, clan and scores. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time.

8. No warranty and limitation of liability

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of data, progress, virtual items or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Game.

9. Termination

You may stop playing and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these Terms, or close the Game, in which case your licence to play ends.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. When the changes matter, we will ask you to accept the new version before you keep playing.

11. Law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Questions, takedown notices and deletion requests: anovathstudio@gmail.com.
